Great to see the Congressional Golf Caucus in action as HBS client American Golf Industry Coalition helped host members of the Congressional Golf Caucus – U.S. Representatives Mark Alford, Tom Barrett, Scott Franklin, and Rudy Yakym – at the PGA of America headquarters in Frisco, Texas for a firsthand look at the people and programs behind the game. Deputy General Counsel of PGA America Ted Koehler and HBS Federal Managing Principal Jay Perron coordinated the congressional visit.

The visit was a reminder of what makes golf such a powerful industry, hundreds of thousands of dedicated teaching professionals across the country introducing the game to new players, growing participation, and strengthening communities every single day. The game is in good hands.
