The Arc of Texas announced today its two-year appointment of HBS Texas Principal Molly Spratt to its state Board of Directors. Molly will serve as an advisor to the organization offering her expert insights and recommendations on achieving impactful change for the community it serves. The Arc of Texas promotes, protects, and advocates for the human rights and self-determination of Texans with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Molly’s statewide appointment reaffirms her commitment to the organization that she has served locally through its Austin chapter, The Arc of the Capital Area. The organization helps identify barriers and solutions to inclusive education, competitive integrated employment, quality community-based services, as well as access to civil rights and justice programs.
