Bill’s thirty-year tenure and influence at the Missouri capitol has earned him the respect of lawmakers, governors and clients alike. He has represented corporations, candidates, and causes and regarded as one of the best lobbyists in the state.

Bill joined HBS in July 2022 and since launching the lobbying firm that bore his name in 1994 he has provided legislative advocacy at the state and local level, public sector business development and political consulting to firms in the healthcare, travel and tourism and technology sectors with a particular emphasis over the years on creating opportunities for market disrupters.  

In the late 80’s and early 90’s Bill worked on numerous local, state and federal campaigns across the country and in Washington, D.C. as a lobbyist and a political consultant with the groundbreaking firm Bob Beckel + Associates. He earned his bachelor’s from the University of Nebraska.
