Bill’s thirty-year tenure and influence at the Missouri capitol has earned him the respect of lawmakers, governors and clients alike. He has represented corporations, candidates, and causes and regarded as one of the best lobbyists in the state.

Bill joined HB Strategies in July 2022 but has been successfully advocating on behalf of clients at the state and local level since launching the lobbying firm that bore his name in 1994. He has an expertise in public sector business development and political consulting, specializing in healthcare, travel and tourism and technology sectors, with a particular emphasis on creating opportunities for market disrupters.  

Earlier in his career, Bill worked on numerous local, state and federal campaigns across the country and in Washington, D.C. as a lobbyist and a political consultant with Bob Beckel + Associates. He earned his bachelor’s from the University of Nebraska.
