Carly is a skilled communicator and experienced advocate. As a Principal in the HBS Nebraska office, Carly helps clients with successfully developing and deploying their government relations strategies. She is a licensed attorney and certified mediator. Prior to joining HBS, she practiced law in private practice, focusing on constitutional Takings and FEC cases.   

Carly earned her JD from the University of Nebraska College of Law, graduating with high distinction in May 2021.  In law school, Carly created “Nebraska Law Strengths Advocates,” a student organization dedicated to fostering talent, success, and a thriving student experience.  Using the CliftonStrengths Assessment, she helped students develop their talents into strengths and assisted college administrators in the development of the Law College’s five-year strategic plan to become a strengths-based organization.
