Claudia supports the HBS Missouri advocacy team in Jefferson City with research and readiness for client projects. She tracks legislative activity of the Missouri General Assembly focusing on both appropriations and research for a variety of client projects, and provides reports and analysis to help guide client strategies. 

In addition to her experience in government relations, Claudia has also developed digital and communications strategies in her prior work for a Jefferson City government affairs firm. Claudia was recognized by the Missouri Times in its 2022 “30 Under 30” list.

Claudia earned her bachelor’s in Organizational Communication with a minor in Political Science from Missouri State University. She also earned a certificate in Conflict and Dispute Resolution and has completed 40 hours of Civil Mediation training.
