Claudia supports the HB Strategies Missouri advocacy team in Jefferson City with research and readiness for client initiatives. She closely monitors activity in the Missouri General Assembly and provides valuable insight on legislative and appropriations matters, ensuring clear and timely communication between clients and legislators. Utilizing her budget expertise, Claudia also assists in preparing tailored budget reports and financial analyses detailing legislative trends, budget changes, and key funding opportunities, to help guide client strategies and decision-making.

In addition to her experience in government relations, Claudia has also developed digital and communications strategies in her prior work for a Jefferson City government affairs firm. Claudia was recognized by the Missouri Times in its 2022 “30 Under 30” list.

Claudia earned her bachelor’s in Organizational Communication with a minor in Political Science from Missouri State University. She also earned a certificate in Conflict and Dispute Resolution and has completed 40 hours of Civil Mediation training.
