Courtney has two decades of executive administration experience managing the daily operations and complex schedules of Members of Congress and C-suite executives. As Director of Executive Operations at HB Strategies, Courtney utilizes her expertise to enhance operational efficiency across the organization by providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, COO, Chairman of the Leadership Services Advisory Services Practice, and the HB Strategies Board of Directors.

Before joining HB Strategies, Courtney was Executive Assistant to former SEC Commissioners Paul Atkins and Dan Gallagher at Patomak Global Partners, a financial services consultancy. She previously served as Executive Assistant to Congresswoman Ann Wagner (MO-2) and spent nearly eight years supporting Senator Christopher S. “Kit” Bond in the U.S. Senate, at Kit Bond Strategies, LLP, and Thompson Coburn LLP.

Courtney is originally from Windsor, Missouri, and attended the University of Central Missouri.
