Elizabeth has worked in and around the Colorado General Assembly for more than a decade. She is an experienced legislative strategist with particular expertise in the state budget process. As a Principal in the HB Strategies Colorado office she helps clients develop comprehensive strategies to successfully navigate the legislative process and achieve their public policy goals. Elizabeth earlier served as the Budget Policy Director for the Colorado Senate Republicans and as a legislative aide to Colorado State Senator John Cooke. 

Elizabeth has worked at the forefront of significant policy battles in Colorado and through that experience has built a trusted network of policymakers, legislative staff, and other government affairs professionals. Clients benefit from her ability to break down complex ideas on the state budget process and effectively communicate each piece.

Elizabeth earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Colorado Denver.
