Brett Robinson, Husch Blackwell Strategies Managing Principal in Oklahoma, recently took to the stage as a featured speaker at the 2024 ANIMAL Conference in Oklahoma City. Brett was joined by HBS client Brendan Hoover of the Kirkpatrick Policy Group as the two provided the conference with an outlook of the next session of the Oklahoma Legislature.

The conference is working to implement the state’s Safe and Humane Initiative and its goal of “making Oklahoma the safest and most humane place to be an animal by the year 2032.” The Oklahoma City Zoo hosted the two-day event that brought together advocates and experts in animal wellbeing from around the world.
