Olivia’s diligent work and success on behalf of clients has quickly earned her a reputation as an effective advocate and a trusted resource to lawmakers in the Missouri General Assembly. Her steady hand through complicated policy matters has helped deliver legislative, regulatory, and appropriations victories that protect and enhance her clients’ interests.
Prior to joining HBS in August 2023, Olivia served as a lobbyist for the government relations firm Gamble & Schlemeier where she focused on healthcare policy, child welfare, business and economic development, and association management.
Olivia has a demonstrated track record of achieving success for her clients. She formerly led the advocacy team of one of the largest healthcare trade associations in the state, where her efforts resulted in the passage of a number of reform measures and expanded patient access to care.
Her work for clients in other sectors has included issues relating to foster care, higher education, tourism, environment, and alcohol and tobacco, among others.
Olivia was recognized by the Missouri Times in its 2023 “30 Under 30” list. Olivia earned a bachelor’s in political science and comparative government & diplomacy from Westminster College in Fulton, MO. and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She serves as a member of the college’s Board of Trustees.
