Rachel is the Client Services Associate for HBS Wisconsin in Madison where she provides support for clients and day to day administrative services for the team. She joins the team after spending a decade in the Capitol working in the Legislature giving her extensive experience with and knowledge of Wisconsin politics and the Legislative process. During that time she worked on a wide variety of issues, including staffing a Senator and Representative through four biennial budget cycles. She also was the media point of contact with a legislative office, including writing press releases, statements, and responding to other requests. In addition, Rachel took the lead on developing and guiding complex policy initiatives through the Legislative process by collaborating with other lawmakers and staff and various state agencies and stakeholders.
