Rachel is the Client Services Associate for the HBS Wisconsin office in Madison, where she supports clients and provides day-to-day administrative services for the team. She brings more than a decade of experience to the table, having been involved in various local and statewide campaigns in Wisconsin as well as serving in the state Capitol across both houses of the Legislature. Rachel has staffed a Senator and a Representative through four biennial budget cycles, honing her extensive knowledge of Wisconsin politics and the legislative process.

Rachel also served as the media point of contact in a legislative office, managing press releases, statements, and media inquiries. She led the development and navigation of complex policy initiatives, collaborating with lawmakers, staff, state agencies, and various stakeholders. Her comprehensive background makes her a valuable asset to the HBS Wisconsin team.
